Ayer me llama un amigo y me comenta que su antivirus lleva días sin actualizarse. Saco un rato para acercarme a sabiendas de que es una de esas visitas que cobro en especie (en cervezas, que nadie piense mal) y veo que a parte de no actualizarse, el cliente de Kaspersky en su versión 2011 le advierte de otro problema con el siguiente mensaje:
Black list of keys is missing or corrupted.
Jarl!!! Me asusto/sorprendo, y después de mi susto/sorpresa mi tiro de nuevo a la red en busca de una solución, y esta vez sin rebuscar mucho la encuentro, en la página del producto.
Sigo las instrucciones que me invitan a pulsar sobre Modificar, Reparar o Desinstalar, dentro de Inicio->Programas->Kaspersky y cuando me pregunta pulso sobre Reparar.
Espero un rato (largo) a que haga sus cosillas, al rato reinicio y ala, listo. Hay que tener a mano el origen de la instalación (CD/DVD o ficheros) que los pide para repararse.

The problem was that the Kaspersky 2011 Antivirus client couldn't finish the update process.
Once there, I saw that there were another message from the client that says something like:
Black list of keys is missing or corrupted.
Jarl!!! What scare/surprise!!! Few minutes after that I could found browsing the web the link with the solution from the official product web.
The clue is to follow this instructions:
Start button->All programs->Kaspersky
Select Modify, Repair or Remove from the opened menu.
After the Wizard is started, select Repair wait until the process is completed and restart your computer.
And that's all folks!
You must have the source of the installation to repair it.
PS. I know, I know. My English is not good enought but, the more you help me, the more I learn.
